Terms of Service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of rainlineturf.com and any services Rainline Turf Co. LLC ("Rainline") provides through it, including AI estimates, trade accounts, orders, and product information. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the site
You may use the site for legitimate inquiries, quotes, and purchasing decisions. You may not scrape it, attempt to break it, abuse the AI estimator, or submit information for other people without their permission.
2. Estimates are estimates
Our AI estimator and quote tools produce non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on site visit, measurement verification, material availability, and current freight. We will confirm a binding quote in writing before any work or order ships.
3. Trade accounts
Trade accounts are extended to qualifying contractors at our discretion. Tier pricing, payment terms (including Net-30), and credit limits are subject to ongoing review. Late balances accrue 1.5% per month. Repeated non-payment cancels the account.
4. Orders, freight, and returns
- Orders submitted through the portal are offers; we confirm acceptance by emailed invoice.
- Freight is estimated server-side at checkout and reconciled on the final invoice.
- Unopened rolls in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee and return freight. Custom cuts are non-returnable.
- Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
5. Warranty
Turf products carry the manufacturer's warranty as published on the product page (typically 15 years against UV degradation and seam failure under normal residential use). Rainline does not warrant labor performed by third-party installers.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainline's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the site, the estimator, or any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Oregon.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the change.
